Healthy Weight Online Class

Develop healthy habits, manage your weight, and gain confidence. This 6-session program covers healthy eating for weight loss, getting more physical activity, managing stress and sleep, dealing with common challenges, and making changes sustainable. This course can stand alone or provide a foundation for other weight loss approaches. Ages 18+. This is an online class.

Tuesdays, October 24 to November 28, 2023 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Saturdays, November 4 to December 9, 2023 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
