Come learn practices in mindfulness meditation and gentle movement that can help you manage stress, chronic pain, illness, anxiety, and depression. This course is a recommended follow-up if you’ve already completed the Managing Your Stress Class or if you want to develop a regular relaxation and meditation practice.
