EMMI:
EMMI is an online program that provides patients with a clear sense of what blood clots are, why they are dangerous, and why warfarin helps prevent them.
The program is simple and easy to use and it can be viewed at home, at a Kaiser Permanente Health Education Center, or anywhere with high-speed internet access. Patients can watch the program as many times as they like and can share it with family and friends.
