Monthly Activity/Topics

Join us for a fun, interactive, and practical group visit! This is currently a web-based group class. When you sign up we will send you an e-mail the week prior with the log-in information for the Web-Ex.

Each class will involve 20-25 minutes of fun physical activity, 5 minutes of mindfulness/meditation, and then and educational topic seen below.

Meeting time: 3:15-4:45 p.m. the 4th Tuesday of the month
