Monthly Activity/Topics

Join us for a fun, interactive, and practical group visit! This is currently a web-based group class. When you sign up we will send you an e-mail the week prior with the log-in information for the virtual class by Microsoft TEAMS.

Each class will involve  20-30 minutes of an educational topic (seen below), 15-20 minutes of fun physical activity, 5-10 minutes of mindfulness/meditation.

Meeting time: 3:45-4:45/5:00 p.m. the 4th Tuesday of the month (occasionally will vary due to holidays)
