Dadvice – Newborn Care Videos

My name is David and I am a new dad. Being a first time parent can seem impossible at times, but I’m here to let you know, you will survive and you will thrive. There is so much I’ve learned along this journey, and there are things that had I known, it would have made it a little easier. That’s why I’ve created this video series “Dadvice”; because I wanted to share my experience and help the new parents of the world.

Remember, every baby is different and no experience is the same, but as long as you do your best, you will figure out what works for you and your baby.

Postpartum Basics

This class is designed to provide insight for the highs and lows of motherhood after delivery. It can help you and your partner get ready for experiencing challenges during the postpartum period. Interactive discussion will emphasize problem solving strategies to relearn relationship and family dynamics with realistic expectations. In addition, postpartum mental health concerns and appropriate support resources will be shared. Take this class when you in your last trimester. Partners are welcome.
