TRANSGENDER HEALTHCARE SERVICES SANTA CLARA
At Kaiser Permanente, Santa Clara, we are committed to providing gender affirming and culturally competent care for all patients across the gender spectrum.
Our providers are dedicated to provide equitable and high quality medical care to all transgender, nonbinary and gender expansive members.
The Santa Clara Transgender multi-specialty team consists of clinicians who work together to provide comprehensive healthcare for Kaiser Permanente members needing competent and knowledgeable gender-affirming health care services. These include hormone consultations, surgical evaluations, psychological services, HIV and STI prevention and treatment, full gynecologic care. fertility preservation consultation, and pediatric and adolescent care. In addition, we are pleased to also offer gender expression care as part of our transgender program.
We are located in silicon valley at the Santa Clara Medical Center and are proud to partner with our Kaiser Permanente Redwood City and San Jose Medical Centers to provide a broader array of comprehensive affirming health care services for the transgender and gender expansive communities.
