The Department of Rehabilitation Services in Santa Clara provides comprehensive rehabilitation services for all Kaiser Permanente members.
Specialty services include Orthopedic Rehabilitation, CVA/Neurological Rehabilitation, Hand Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Infant/Pediatric Therapy.
Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy are provided by referral only.
