Pathways to Emotional Wellness: A Mind-Body Medicine Approach to Stress Management, Anxiety and Depression.
In this course, learn the different causes and effects of stress, anxiety, and depression. Learn relaxation techniques and develop healthy lifestyle habits to take better care of yourself and enjoy life more. Also available in Spanish in San Jose as a 4-week series. Additional study and skills specific to issues about anxiety, depression, sleep, and/or stress are available in San Jose for those who may be interested in more in depth work following this course.
Sessions: Eight sessions; first session is 3 hours, the remaining 7 sessions are 2 hours each
Fee: Complimentary for members and 1 support person; Community non-members $50.00
