Member Services

The Member Services Department provides information on benefits and Health Plan coverage.  We provide enrollment information on the Individual Plans and options for continuing your membership with Kaiser Permanente.

If you have a problem with your service or care you are receiving, we strongly encourage you to work with your primary care provider or the department manager.  If you are unable to resolve the matter with the department manager, we are available to assist you in resolution.

We also would love to hear about things that we have done well.  If you were provided with outstanding service from an individual or a department, please let us know.  Please email us.

Visit our Healthy Living Center

Kaiser Permanente San Jose’s Healthy Living Center is an interactive learning space with trained staff designed to help members navigate health resources.   In our Healthy Living Center we can assist you with:  classes, health education counseling,  navigation of Kaiser Permanente’s wide range of valuable health information resources and online tools.

Your doctor is online

Get to know your doctors and browse recommended information and helpful online tools on My Doctor Online. From your doctor’s home page, you can also:

  • manage (schedule, view, cancel) appointments
  • refill prescriptions
  • check test results
  • email your doctor
  • view preventive health reminders and past visit information.
