Sponsorship Requests

Kaiser Permanente South Bay Public Affairs actively supports businesses and organizations in Santa Clara County by sponsoring select community activities or events. If you would like to apply for a sponsorship, please do the following.

Review the 2016 South Bay Sponsorship Guide, which contains information about our funding priorities, eligibility guidelines and detailed instructions on how to submit an online sponsorship request, as well as a list of required documents that must be uploaded as part of your submission.

After reviewing the South Bay Sponsorship Guide, please access the South Bay Sponsorship Application online application.

In an effort to streamline our review process, one application per organization, per year will be considered and multiple opportunities may be applied for through this single application. If applying for multiple events or activities, applicants must submit their application by the first deadline below that applies to the first event/project they are requesting support for.

Applications are accepted and reviewed according to the following cycles. Applicants are always welcome to submit their application in an earlier cycle.

  • Cycle 1 (events/activities to be held January – June 2016)
    Deadline – November 17, 2015
    Notification – January 12, 2016
  • Cycle 2 (events/activities to be held July – December 2016)
    Deadline – April 1, 2016
    Notification – June 3, 2016
