Downtown Care Essentials

Kaiser Permanente Downtown Care Essentials is a convenient care solution for non-emergency and preventive health needs. We offer care for minor illnesses and injuries, as well as lab services, vaccinations, prescriptions, and more. Same-day appointments and walk-ins are welcome.

Kaiser Permanente Downtown Care Essentials is conveniently located in the Salesforce Transit Center. The Care Essentials entrance is located on Minna Street between 1st St. and 2nd St.

• The Transit Center will be the terminus for the Muni 5 (Fulton), 5R (Fulton Rapid), 7 (Haight/Noriega), 25 Owl (Treasure Island), 38 (Geary) and 38R (Geary Rapid) routes at the Bus Plaza and the 25 (Treasure Island) on the Bus Deck.
• The 14 (Mission), 14R (Mission Rapid) and 14X (Mission Express) routes serve stops nearby on Mission Street.
• The 10 (Townsend) and 12 (Folsom/Pacific) routes serve stops nearby at 2nd St & Howard.

Parking is available in nearby paid parking lots. There is no dedicated parking for the Care Essentials location. The closest parking lot to Care Essentials is the 100 First Parking Garage which is accessible off Minna St, between 1st St. and 2nd St. We do not provide parking validation at any of the nearby garages or parking lots.
