Eye Care Patient Advisory Council

About Us

The Eye Care Patient Advisory Council (PAC) strives to provide excellent service for our San Francisco Kaiser Permanente members.  The Eye Care PAC is a collaboration between Optometry, which provides primary care for general vision services, and Ophthalmology, which provides specialty and subspecialty care of medical and surgical eye conditions.

Vision: Excellence in eye care for every San Francisco Kaiser Permanente member.

Mission: To foster ongoing collaboration between San Francisco Kaiser Permanente patients and providers to improve eye care services for all members.

The Eye Care PAC is seeking members who can volunteer to participate on our Patient Advisory Council. If you are interested in participating, please contact our program consultant at SFO_PFCC@kp.org

The Member Advisory Council meets every third Wednesday of the month from 3:30-4:30pm.
