The Member Services Department provides information on benefits and Health Plan coverage. We provide enrollment information on the Individual Plans and options for continuing your membership with Kaiser Permanente.
If you have a problem with your service or care you are receiving, we strongly encourage you to work with your primary care provider or the department manager. If you are unable to resolve the matter with the department manager, we are available to assist you in resolution.
