• You may transfer a prescription from a non-Kaiser Permanente pharmacy to any of our pharmacies. This transfer can take up to 72 hours.
• Please make sure that you have an adequate supply of your medication on hand prior to your transfer of an existing prescription to Kaiser Permanente.

1. Get Care Now online with Kaiser Permanente – We offer multiple 24/7 virtual care options for members. That means you can get care from the comfort of home – usually within 2 hours. We’ll guide you to timely, convenient care options that work best for you.

2. E-visits – You can get quick, convenient online care for common concerns with an electronic or E-visit. E-visits provide advice, tests, and/or prescriptions without a trip to your doctor’s office. Use KP.org or the MyDoctorOnline App for the Get Care Now option to see if an E-visit is an option for your concern. You can use an E-visit for:

• Coronavirus/COVID-19 concerns
• Cough, cold, flu symptoms
• Sore throat
• Seasonal allergy
• Pink eye
• Urinary (bladder) infection
• Morning-after pill (prescription request)

3. Appointment and Advice Center – Advice nurses available at your convenience. You can call our team of highly qualified and experienced nurses 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Advice nurses can help assess your symptoms and provide advice over the telephone when medically appropriate. They can also answer questions about medical problems, help you decide what to do next, or make an appointment for you.
