Manage your care or your family’s health online with kp.org

• Register for your kp.org account, reset your password, or unlock your account
• Manage your family’s health via proxy access including managing your child’s health
• Access the following features on kp.org:
  • Book appointments online
  • Email your doctor
  • Refill prescriptions online and receive mail-order
  • Review your medical records
  • View your upcoming preventive health screenings
• View our How-To guide for instructions on how to navigate all these main features of kp.org including registration

Online resources

• View your provider’s homepage on My Doctor Online
• Receive assistance with choosing a doctor
• Learn about your next procedure with Emmi videos
• Find online resources pertaining to your health
• Access the Spanish bilingual website La Salud Permanente and the Care in Chinese website
• Read member e-newsletters (e.g. pregnancy, infant, small child, adolescent newsletters, etc.)

Member Photos and KP apps

• Take your member photo for your medical record so that your health care provider may become familiar with you
• Help you download My Doctor Online app and My KP Meds app for smartphones and tablets

• Review preventative health due dates
• Review preventive health tips

• Refill prescriptions
• View a list of all present and past medications
• Set an alarm of when to take your medications
• Take photos of medications
• Write notes or instructions about each medication

Prevention screenings

• Book appointments for a pap smear and mammogram
• Check to see if your preventive health screenings and immunizations are up to date
• Pick up a fit kit for colorectal cancer screening

 Health Education services

• Register for Health Education classes
• Learn about all the health education programs and resources at the San Francisco Medical Center (including weight management, tobacco cessation, mind/body resources)
• Connect with a Wellness Coach for a lifestyle coaching appointment
• Get help with a referral to a Clinical Health Educator and/or the Personal Health Coach Program
• Check to see if you have an Advance Care Directive on file. Life Care Planning forms and information about the “First Steps” life care planning class are also available
