*Program fees are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a program, you must call at least five days before the first meeting to transfer to another program. A $10 transfer fee will be charged and must be received by the Health Education Department to ensure a space in the next program. Fees can only be transferred to a class within nine months of the originally scheduled program. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel programs. If this happens, you will be given the choice of either a refund or a transfer.
