The City Center Vaccine Clinic at 2675 Geary Blvd. will close permanently on Friday, Dec. 15 at the close of the business day. We will reopen in our new location, 4141 Geary Blvd., French Campus, 1st Floor Conference Rooms 1 & 3.  on Wednesday, Dec. 20.

Mission Bay Vaccine Clinic, 1600 Owens Blvd. will be closed for the holidays on Monday, Dec. 25 and Monday, Jan. 1, 2024

At Kaiser Permanente San Francisco, we’re always looking for ways to improve our facility for our patients and members. That’s why we’re working to refresh our main pharmacy at 2238 Geary Blvd., 1^st floor. Construction is expected to begin in early November and last until summer 2024.

Although our main pharmacy on the 1^st floor will be open during this time, there will be significantly less seating in the waiting area, so we encourage you to use one of our convenient options.

Non-urgent prescriptions:

Our free mail order service is available for most prescriptions, or you can visit one of our satellite pharmacies. Visit pharmacy services for additional information.

Urgent prescriptions:

Order on kp.org or our KP Mobile App and select “priority pick-up.” During construction, we encourage you to pick-up your urgent prescription at one of our satellite pharmacies. Visit pharmacy services a complete list of locations and hours of operation.

Please note:

We anticipate high demand for flu vaccinations in some areas. To minimize your wait times, help ease vehicle congestion, and ensure the safety of those visiting our facilities, please follow these guidelines when coming for your flu shot:

• Bring a photo ID and your Kaiser Permanente member ID card.
• Wear short sleeves or clothing that allows easy access to your upper arm. Depending on local county guidance, you may be required to wear a mask.
• Do not block fire zones, disabled parking spaces, or any facility entrances.
• Members may also receive a flu vaccine during a scheduled care appointment at any of our locations.
