Healthy Eating with Diabetes

Learn how what you eat can aid you in managing your diabetes. Teaches about carbohydrates, meal planning, reading food labels, and eating healthfully. Learn to make balanced choices & eat well with diabetes.

Advanced Diabetes Management

Workshop-style class to learn how to manage blood sugar levels and make changes to improve overall blood sugar control. Includes carbohydrate counting, meal planning & insulin to carbohydrate ratio. (Prerequisite: Healthy Eating with Diabetes).

Teens can learn to eat well, feel good, and be fit. We’ll emphasize positive body image, good nutrition, and regular physical activity as ways to feel good both inside and out. For teens (12-17 years), parents optional.
