Emotional and Behavioral Health Education
Mental and Behavioral Health Education programs focus on exploring how thoughts, moods, attitudes, and behaviors strongly influence our health and vitality. These programs are available for Kaiser Permanente members with depression, stress, anxiety, anger, chronic illness, pain, patient/family issues, or life transitions.
Kaiser Permanente offers a large variety of specialized treatment programs addressing psychosocial issues delivered in a class or group setting. These programs provide information on healthy approaches to your thoughts, feelings, actions, and experiences. All classes are designed to teach skills and behaviors for managing symptoms of physical and emotional distress. Examples of class topics include Coping Skills, Anxiety Skills, and Depression Skills.
