Preparing for the Seep Study
- You may have a co-pay and other costs depending on your Kaiser Permanente health plan coverage. If you have any questions about your coverage, please contact Member Services at 1-800-464-4000.
- If you think that you may have difficulty falling asleep and/or sleeping in the lab, we recommend that you bring one dose of prescription sleep aid to your sleep study. You will need to obtain a prescription from your primary care physician prior to the sleep study. Sleep Medicine staff do not administer any medications in the sleep lab.
- Do not bring your CPAP machine if you currently have one, but please do bring your own mask if coming for a CPAP titration study.
