Wellness After Stroke Class

This series of classes are geared toward stroke survivors, family members, caregivers, and the community. In collaboration with other classes offered by Kaiser Permanente, our focus is to assist in the transition from acute hospital care by reinforcing stroke symptom awareness and providing a more in-depth education on a variety of stroke-related topics.

Stroke Support Group

If you, a family member, or a friend has suffered a stroke, please join us in attending Kaiser Permanente’s Stroke Support Group.

Group attendance is free and will include discussion, periodic presentations by outside speakers, and information and support from others on adjusting to lifestyle changes after stroke.

No registration is required.

Who: Stroke Survivors and Caregivers
When: Held on the 1st Wednesday of the month.
Location: Kaiser Permanente, 1600 Eureka Rd. Roseville, Building C, Conference Room C46C (4th Floor)
