Insomnia means having trouble sleeping. It can mean having a hard time falling asleep, waking up during the night and not being able to fall back to sleep, or waking up too early in the morning. Almost everyone has trouble sleeping sometimes. This is not usually a problem unless it causes regular fatigue. Here is a healthy Living Guide for Insomnia

Snoring is a noise that you may make while breathing during sleep. You snore when the flow of air from your mouth or nose to your lungs makes the tissues of your throat vibrate while you sleep. This usually is caused by a blockage or narrowing in your nose, mouth, or throat (airway).

Sleep Apnea
Sleep apnea means that you frequently stop breathing for 10 seconds or longer during sleep. It can be mild to severe, based on the number of times an hour that you stop breathing or have slowed breathing.

CPAP for Sleep Apnea
CPAP is a small machine that you use at home every night while you sleep. It increases air pressure in your throat to keep your airway open. When you have sleep apnea, this can help you sleep better so you feel much better. CPAP stands for “continuous positive airway pressure.”
