Breast Care Coordinator

You don’t have to face it alone. You have help and support. The Breast Care Coordinator is available to guide, assist, and walk you through the process.
The Breast Care Coordinator will provide you with:
- Direction and guidance to carry out the plan of care
- Pertinent information to understand the specifics of a breast cancer diagnosis
- Links to local resources and support
- Connection to the Breast Care Team in a timely manner

Breast Imaging Coordinator
The Breast Imaging Coordinator will coordinate the care for patients undergoing breast cancer screening and diagnosis in the Breast Imaging Center. The Breast Imaging Coordinator is your liaison to the care and services that you may need in the Breast Imaging Center. Her goal is to work with you and your care team to ensure that any needed diagnostic imaging studies are completed quickly so that you can focus on your treatment plan.

The diagnosis of breast cancer and its treatment can be a challenge to deal with. A support group can provide emotional comfort and guidance.
