We provide expert consultation and management of patients with Autoimmune and Inflammatory Rheumatic Diseases

These include – Rheumatoid Arthritis, Systemic Lupus, Vasculitis, Inflammatory Myositis, Scleroderma, Sjogren’s Syndrome, Spondyloarthropathy, Crystalline arthritis (gout and others), and more.

We strive to provide exceptional personalized and timely care and assist our referral partners with patients who may not need formal consultation.  We work closely with our specialty colleagues including dermatology (skin), nephrology (kidney) and pulmonary (lung) for complex systemic disease management.

We do offer 1 -time consultations where diagnoses may be in question and where we need to identify an associated autoimmune rheumatic disease.

While we treat a variety of rheumatic diseases, we do not have expertise in

• • Non inflammatory back pain (degenerative joint disease/ osteoarthritis) – pain management and spine specialists may be recommended
  • Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and chronic pain syndromes (our chronic pain program team may review if the 1st/2nd line therapies are not effective)
