Lab appointments are now available in the laboratories at Fremont, San Leandro, and Union City to book online to help ensure patient safety and reduced wait times. The hemoglobin A1C test is a blood test that does not require fasting and estimates your average blood sugar level over the past 2-3 months. When you come to your appointment, please ask about checking your A1C today. See if you are up to date on preventive services.
