Interpreter Services

The Interpreter Services Department is made up of a team of highly skilled interpreters with diverse backgrounds and extensive training. They will be able to accommodate most of the interpretation needs for your medical appointments. The Kaiser Permanente Fremont and San Leandro Medical Centers, and the Union City and Hayward Medical Offices have dedicated certified professional interpreters on staff who are available to interpret for your medical appointments.

We offer interpreting services in Spanish, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), and American Sign Language (ASL). In addition, to in-person interpreting, we also offer Video Remote Interpretation in most languages.

If you would like to have an interpreter, please ask your medical provider when you make your next appointment.
