New Visitor Policy for members who live in Northern California

As part of our commitment to protect our patients and staff, and to prevent the spread of COVID-19, Kaiser Permanente Northern California is restricting visitors based on the most current information available about the virus from Federal, state, and local public health officials.

Southern Alameda County Services & Hours Changes

Have COVID-19 symptoms? Call us at 866-454-8855 for advice. If you need in-person care, we can assist you.

Before you head to our facilities in the Southern Alameda County area, be sure to check for the latest temporary changes in services, hours, and closures. Our emergency services remain open 24/7.

Farmers Markets Canceled Through April

Our farmers markets at the Fremont and San Leandro Medical Centers and at the Union City Medical Offices are canceled through April.

As we focus on addressing member and community needs related to COVID-19, we have made the decision to cancel farmers markets located on site with our medical care facilities. Canceling these markets will help ensure our care facilities remain accessible to members and patients in need of medical care during this critical time.

Important Advice on Appointments and Staying Healthy

We understand you may be feeling concerned about coronavirus, also known as COVID-19. At Kaiser Permanente, we are following guidelines from public health authorities to ensure the health and safety of our patients, physicians, staff, and the community.

Kaiser Permanente has a variety of convenient options for you to get care at home such as the Appointment and Advice Call Center and phone or video appointments. Learn more about these options that available to you.

New Mental Health and Wellness/Psychiatry Location in San Leandro

Kaiser Permanente has expanded its mental health services with an additional location in San Leandro. The new San Leandro Mental Health and Wellness offices (adult and child/adolescent services) are conveniently located at 777 Davis Street (at Alvarado Ave.), right behind the San Leandro BART Station.

Mental Health and Wellness services will still be available at the Union City Medical Offices.  More information.
