Welcome to the Kaiser Permanente Department of Psychiatry, Behavior Health Education and Chemical Dependency Services in the East Bay!
East Bay Psychiatry is comprised of two distinct sites: Oakland and Richmond. The department and its group of clinicians have earned a reputation for both clinical excellence and innovation. The Oakland Behavioral Health and Psychiatry clinic is one of the oldest and largest departments in Kaiser Permanente.
Each service has its own traditions, leadership, and specialty areas of practice and plays key roles in our overall mission: Providing quality care for the Health Plan members who seek our services.
Members of all ages, colors, genders, ethnic groups, gender identities, sexual orientations, and social classes come to the department for their care.
