Downloading and Installing the My Doctor Online Mobile App
These step-by-step instructions will help guide you on how to get set-up from your video visit using the Kaiser Permanente My Doctor Online (MDO) app on your Apple iPhone or iPad.
Quick-Tips for a Successful Connection:
- A strong Wi-Fi or cellular signal is recommended. If the quality of your internet connection is poor, try moving closer to the wireless router or to an area with stronger cell coverage.
- Some public venues that offer Wi-Fi, such as libraries or schools, may block streaming content.
Ensure that Your Camera and Microphone are Enabled
Both your camera and microphone need to be enabled for a successful video visit. If you can’t hear or see your provider in the video visit, follow these steps to ensure that both are enabled.
Many connection issues can be resolved if you leave the visit and then rejoin the visit.
|Step 1: Go to Settings.|
|Step 2: Scroll down until you see the list of apps installed on your device. Tap on “My Doctor Online”.|
