• Hours of Operation: 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., Tuesday through Friday only.
• The POM Clinic is located on the 2nd Floor of the Walnut Creek Hospital.
• Registration is on the 2nd floor of the Walnut Creek Hospital.

• Park in the main parking garage.
