What is Asthma?

Asthma is a common lung disease in which the lung’s airways become inflamed or irritated, causing difficulty breathing, chest tightness, nighttime or early morning coughing, or wheezing. Wheezing is a high-pitched sound heard while you’re breathing.

How can we help?

We can assist you in better managing their asthma through working to setup an action plan so that you:

  • Have the ability to Sleep better
  • can exercise more effectively and efficiently
  • Don’t have symptoms such as wheezing, chest tightness, or coughing as often
  • Are not constantly missing school or work due to overacting asthma symptoms
