Appointment & Advice Call Center
If you’re sick or injured and need to see your doctor right away (but don’t have an emergency medical condition) call the appointment and advice phone number.
You can also make an appointment at kp.org or by phone for same-day visits and routine or preventive care, such as:
- physical exams
- well-baby and well-child checkups
- follow-up visits, including visits monitor a chronic condition
- immunizations
- screening tests (such as Pap tests and mammograms)
For your convenience, when medically appropriate, we may offer you a telephone appointment instead of a face-to-face visit.
