Build on your successes, overcome challenges, and practice new behaviors for weight loss and maintenance during this 9-session, in-person program. For participants who have completed the Healthy Weight 1 class.
2-hour, 9-session online series.
Prediabetes and You
Learn how to prevent or delay type 2 diabetes in this class! Open to members 16 years of age and older.
2-hour online class.
Medical Weight Management Program
This medically-supervised program features low calorie meal replacements for immediate weight loss, medical monitoring and weekly group sessions.
