Live-Online Classes

Prediabetes and You

Do you or your child have prediabetes? Learn how to prevent or delay type 2 diabetes in this class. Ages 16-17 are encouraged to be accompanied by an adult.
Single 2 hour class. 

Diabetes Basics

You can feel better and be active and healthy when you apply the basics of managing your Type 2 diabetes.  In this class, we give you an overview of the five key areas of type 2 diabetes management: healthy eating, exercise, monitoring your blood sugar levels, proper use of medication, and managing your stress. Single 2-hour class.

Healthy Eating with Diabetes

This class will refresh your knowledge, and learn more about what, when, and how much you can eat to control your blood sugar. We’ll also discuss low-fat foods, label reading, and ways you can prepare meals and still enjoy your old favorites. Single 2 hour class.

Appointments

For patients who need general diabetes education, remote glucose monitor teaching, continuous glucose monitor teaching, tech assistance (setting up KP Health Ally app) and behavioral or motivational change counseling. In-person, phone, and Video Visits are available.
