Kaiser Permanente is offering more video and phone visits to allow members to stay home and still get great care. This helps address the community spread of COVID-19. To schedule, sign in to the Kaiser Permanente app or kp.org.

Members who have flu-like symptoms and are 18 or older can also complete an e-visit to get online care and advice, be screened for coronavirus, and get treatment for symptoms if necessary.

Scheduled phone and video visits can save you time and let you meet with a specialist, whether you’re on the go or in the comfort of your home. Schedule a phone or video visit pre- and post-op — so you can prepare and recover at home. Troubleshooting your video visit

Phone appointments, video visits, and e-visits are available for members who receive care at Kaiser Permanente medical offices. If you have an HSA-qualified deductible plan, you will need to pay the full charge for scheduled phone and video visits until you reach your deductible. Once you reach your deductible, you won’t pay anything for scheduled phone and video visits.
