We’re looking to identify promising candidates for future leadership positions. As a fellow, you’ll receive an educational, hands-on experience that will introduce you to Kaiser Permanente.

Essential skills


Fellows receive personal and professional learning opportunities with a balance of project and operational work. Areas of emphasis include hospital operations, strategic market planning, and analytic and communication skills.
