Together we thrive
Our new medical and dental offices opened on January 4, and we’re excited to join the growing, vibrant Eugene-Springfield community. We’re looking forward to helping our Northwest neighbors thrive by providing more medical and dental choices to contribute to a healthy community.
Medical: Downtown Eugene Medical Office
Located at 100 W 13th Ave., Eugene OR, 97401.
Our new home in the heart of downtown Eugene features primary care doctors, who work with the latest technology. Currently, we are welcoming Kaiser Permanente members, Trillium Medicaid patients, and Original Medicare patients. Soon, we’ll accept new group, individual, and Medicare Advantage members.
Dental: Valley River Dental Office
Located at 1011 Valley River Way, Eugene OR, 97401.
Our new dental office is bringing more local dentists to the community. We will offer employer-based dental plans in 2016. And we look forward to offering our dental plans to individual members as early as 2017.

Dental Advice from Dr. Khalil
A clean and bright smile is an important part of our overall health. So when a recent report questioned the benefits of flossing, we took note. To floss or not? Tara Khalil, DDS — the general dentist at Kaiser Permanente’s Valley River Dental Office — shares her thoughts on making healthy choices when it comes to your teeth.
Committed to a healthier Northwest
We know that keeping people healthy means not only taking care of them when they are sick, but also supporting the healthy environments that help keep them well. We’re proud to be a supporter of the Eugene-Springfield communities and schools as well.
This is my hometown. I love feeling like I’m “home”.
