You can now choose from 5 tiers of fitness centers at different pricing, giving you more options than ever before. Whatever tier you choose, you can earn a $200 reward.
Tier 1: Earn a free gym membership5
You can earn a free gym membership by selecting a gym from Tier 1 and working out at least 45 days. Only 1 visit per calendar day will count towards your reward requirement.
Tiers 2, 3, & 4: Save up to 40% at an expanded network of fitness centers
Join a fitness center in Tiers 2 through 4 for an additional discounted monthly fee at rates under market prices.
Tier 5: Out-of-Network fitness centers not listed in tiers 1 – 4
With Tier 5 fitness centers, you can download the new ASHConnect® mobile app for use at more than 200 locations in Hawaii alone or over 41,000 locations nationwide. Just hit your qualified gym 45 days for at least 30 minutes a visit by the end of the year, and you’ll earn your reward.
To register and get rewarded, follow these steps:
Visit kp.org/activeandfit and register to use the website, if you haven’t done so already, before going to your selected fitness center.
Choose a participating fitness center and price point that works for you in Tiers 1-4. Go to 2019 facility directory.
Pay your annual program fee of no more than $200 directly on the Active&Fit® website. If you choose a gym in Tier 1, there will be no more monthly dues to worry about! If you choose a gym in tiers 2-4, you will be responsible for an additional monthly fee; your current and next month’s fees are also due upon enrollment.
Tier 5 out-of-network fitness centers: If you are unable to find a participating fitness center in tiers 1-4 that meets your needs, download the ASHConnect® fitness app to receive credit for visits at any qualified out-of-network fitness center statewide. You’ll need to pay the standard retail fees directly to the fitness center, but you can earn a $200 reward for meeting the program requirements.
Get fit and get your money back.
Work out at a participating or qualified out-of-network fitness center at least 45 days for a minimum of 30 minutes per session by the end of the year. (Only 1 visit per calendar day will count towards your reward requirement.) That’s less than once per week! Once you meet the 45-day, 30-minute per session activity requirement, you’ll receive a $200 reward.6
Please note: Kaiser Permanente Fit Rewards is a calendar year program and resets beginning January 1 each year. You must pay your annual program fee and enroll again on or after January 1 each year to participate. Once you’ve enrolled, work out 45 days for 30 minutes a session at your fitness center before the end of the year to earn your reward.
