Strawberry Banana Overnight Oats
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons almond butter
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds or flax seeds
Ingredients to add next day
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 small banana, chopped
- 2 tablespoons almonds, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Mix together oats, almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon, almond butter, maple syrup, and chia or flax seeds in small glass jar and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, top with chopped strawberries, chopped banana, and nuts.
