Strawberry Banana Overnight Oats

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds or flax seeds

Ingredients to add next day

  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 small banana, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons almonds, chopped

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix together oats, almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon, almond butter, maple syrup, and chia or flax seeds in small glass jar and refrigerate overnight.
  2. In the morning, top with chopped strawberries, chopped banana, and nuts.
